How we handle it
What happens next
- It is read by a small group. Reports go to the people responsible for compliance, not to the wider business.
- No retaliation. Nobody who raises a concern in good faith will face consequences for it — that applies to employees, suppliers and customers alike.
- Anonymity is respected. If you leave your details out, we will not try to identify you.
- We look into every report. Where a concern is substantiated, we act on it.
- It sits alongside our internal grievance procedure, which is open to every employee, and our Sedex registration — our facility is open to customer and third-party social audit.
