Woven labels

Woven on high-speed jacquard looms in damask, satin and taffeta. Woven labels carry brand identity where it is seen and handled most — the neck, the waistband, the cuff — and survive the full life of the garment.

UHF RFID inlays encoded, tested and integrated into hang tags and care labels. RFID gives retailers item-level stock accuracy, faster inventory counts and the traceability that digital product passport regulation increasingly requires.

Finishing

Cutting & folding.

A label is only finished when it is cut clean, folded to specification and packed the way the garment factory needs to receive it. Dedicated ultrasonic and cut-and-fold machines serve both the woven and the printed lines.

  • Fold types. Straight cut, centre fold, end fold, mitre fold, loop fold and book fold.
  • Sealed edges. Ultrasonic cutting seals the edge as it cuts — no fraying, no loose yarn.

Room to grow

Our production floor currently occupies 4,000 m², within a site planned to reach 9,000 m². Expansion space is already allocated to the woven and RFID lines.

Capacity held for partners

For customers on an agreed seasonal forecast we reserve line time in advance, so peak demand does not compete with spot orders.
