Controlled at every stage.

Quality control begins when we source raw material and does not end until the goods are inspected, packed and released. We buy only from suppliers who hold recognised international quality and sustainability certification.

Quality assurance

Five checks between raw material and despatch.

  1. Incoming material inspection

Yarn, base fabric, board and ink are checked against specification and certification on arrival. Non-conforming lots are quarantined.

  2. Artwork & sample approval

A physical sample is produced and signed off by the customer before bulk production is released. Nothing runs on an unapproved file.

  3. In-line process control

Operators check colour, register, dimension and legibility at set intervals throughout the run, against the approved sample.

  4. Performance testing

Wash, rub and colourfastness testing to each brand's own laundering protocol, so labels stay legible for the life of the garment.

  5. Final inspection & release

Finished goods are counted, verified against the order and packed to the customer's handling specification before despatch.

Traceability

Every order is traceable back through production records to the material lot it was made from — which is what makes a recall or a customer claim answerable in hours rather than days.

Certifications & compliance

Audited, certified, accountable.

Independent certification is how a brand's sourcing and compliance teams can trust what we tell them. Ours is current and available for verification on request.

ISO 9001 — Quality management
Our quality management system is certified to the international standard for consistent, documented process control.
Sedex — Ethical trade
Registered on the Sedex platform, sharing audited data on labour standards, health and safety, environment and business ethics.
GRS — Global Recycled Standard
Certified for products containing recycled content, with chain-of-custody verification from input to finished label.
FSC® C200387 — Responsible forestry
Chain-of-custody certification for paper-based products, so hang tags can be supplied on certified stock.
The Walt Disney Company — FAMA
Registered facility under Disney's Facility and Merchandise Authorisation programme for licensed product.

Certified materials

Beyond our own certifications, our label base fabrics are supplied against OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification at Product Class I (baby articles) — the strictest class — including recycled polyester and polyamide constructions. Supplier certificates are available on request.

Sustainability

The mark we leave behind.

We are committed to our environment, our people and the effect our operation leaves behind. That commitment is measured in the things we actually change on the production floor.

Energy & waste

Reducing energy consumption per thousand pieces, and recycling manufacturing waste rather than sending it to landfill.

Carbon footprint

Lowering the carbon intensity of our operation, and shortening our customers' supply chains by producing regionally.

Recycled materials

GRS-certified recycled yarns and post-consumer rPET base fabrics, plus FSC® paper for tags — on request for any order.

Legal compliance

Operating within all relevant environmental legislation, and expecting the same of our employees, partners and suppliers.

Designing waste out of the label itself

Heat transfer removes stitching and trim waste at the garment factory. RFID replaces separate security and inventory tickets with one. Where a customer is willing to rethink the trim pack with us, the fastest environmental win is usually fewer components — not just greener ones.

Social compliance

Responsibility to our people.

Safety comes first, and everything else follows from how people are treated here. We do not discriminate. We follow all applicable labour law and policy. There is no child labour in our facility, and no forced or compulsory labour of any kind.

We provide fair working conditions, fair salaries and benefits, and we invest in developing every member of the team — so that people feel valued and work in a healthy environment.

Open to audit

Our facility is registered on Sedex and is open to customer and third-party social audit. We share audit reports and corrective action plans with our customers on request — including the findings that were not perfect.

  • No child labour, verified by third-party audit
  • No forced, bonded or compulsory labour
  • Freely chosen employment and freedom of association
  • No discrimination in hiring, pay or advancement
  • Working hours and overtime within legal limits
  • Fair wages paid on time, with statutory benefits
  • Documented health and safety training for all operators
  • Grievance procedure open to every employee
